4th great-granddaughter of J34. His granddaughter Jane Ogden came to the US from Glasgow circa 1927 with her daughter Jean McAllister Ogden, who was my maternal grandmother. Very happy to have discovered CMA and looking forward to meeting other J34 descendants!

Enjoyed reading the comments etc. about all the lineage.
I only got into this due to doing some reading on Somerled the King of Argyll and it seemed to appear that a lot of McAllister alternative spellings included are descended possibly from this man..

How very interesting and exciting.
